Bacon Beer Cheese Spread
¾ tsp Ground mustard powder
1½ cups Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 tbsp Heavy cream
3-4 drops of Tabasco hot sauce
1 tsp Chives (dried or fresh)
¼ cup Pale ale
6 pieces of Bacon, cooked
Combine cream cheese, mustard powder, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, Tabasco, and chives in a food processor. Pulse until thoroughly combined.
Add beer and pulse until smooth. Toss in the bacon and pulse until the strips are diced and incorporated fully into the mixture.
Remove from food processor and enjoy. You can store cheese spread covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, letting it warm to room temperature before serving.
